All services are governed by specific Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SoW) outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms per project.

5. International Compliance

Our services comply with:

• India: Information Technology Act, 2000
• USA: Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, CAN-SPAM Act, applicable state laws
• Canada: Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), CASL compliance

6. Account Registration

7. Fees and Payments

• All fees are specified in Service Agreements or invoices.
• Currency: Payments are accepted in INR (India), USD (USA), or CAD (Canada) depending on the location of service delivery.
• Taxes: Applicable GST (India), Sales Tax (USA), or HST/GST/QST (Canada) will be charged as required by jurisdiction.
• Payments are due within 7–30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month or maximum allowed by law in your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Company IP

All content, logos, designs, trademarks, software, and methodologies on this Site are owned or licensed by YoWill Infotech, protected under Indian, US, and Canadian intellectual property laws.

8.2 Client IP

Clients retain ownership of pre-existing intellectual property shared with us. Ownership of deliverables developed under a project will be governed by the respective Service Agreement.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during projects in all jurisdictions. NDA provisions can be executed upon request.

10. Data Privacy & GDPR/CCPA/PIPEDA Compliance
